Manuel has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and a specialist degree in Tax Law from the Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (FGV-GVLAW).
He was part of the Tax Planning, Accounting Applied to Law, and Tax Accounting programs at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (FGV-GVLAW), and Real Estate Law program at Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD).
He was a Titular Councillor of the Municipal Tax Council of São Paulo (CMT), at that time he is a member of the Laws and Regulations Committee of the Brazilian Rural Society (SRB).
He is MBA Professor in Agribusiness Law at Escola Brasileira de Direito (EBRADI).
