Vitória has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and a specialist degree in Law and Civil Procedure from the Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD), anda a specialist degree in Civil Law from the Centro Universitário FMU.

She is currently a graduate student in a specialist degree in Superior Court Proceedings at Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
