Eber has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and a master’s degree in State Law with an emphasis on Constitutional Law from the School of Law of São Paulo University (USP/SP).

He has a Data Protection certificate from Insper.

Eber was a Professor of Civil Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law at ESAMC.
